NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-003264 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and MYRA MCCORMICK, TRUSTEE OF THE MYRA MCCORMICK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 15, 2004; MYRA MCCORMICK; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MYRA MCCORMICK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 15, 2004; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 9, RIVERCREST PHASE 1B4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, AT PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
