RUN NORTH 89º 53` EAST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 2 A DISTANCE OF 527.6 FEET: THENCE RUN NORTH 0º 14` EAST A DISTANCE OF 461.4 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE WATERS OF THE ALAFIA RIVER; THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY WITH THE SAID WATERS OF THE ALAFIA RIVER, A DISTANCE OF 730 FEET MORE OR LESS, TO THE AFOREMENTIONED POINT “A”; THENCE RUN SOUTH A DISTANCE OF935 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
