NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-012969 DIV D of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and ROBIN W. DYER A/K/A ROBIN DYER; UTE DYER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m.. on October 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 0.44 FEET OF LOT 36, ALL OF LOT 37 AND THE WEST 7.72 FEET OF LOT 38 IN BLOCK 9, OF GANDY GARDENS, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale..
