NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of August 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-17098, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR, BEAN AND WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and MARINA ONACA, METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN AND WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORPORATION, THE AZUR OF METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARINA ONACA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of October, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 912, THE AZUR AT METROWEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATIONOF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8639, AS RE-RECORDED IN BOOK 8641, PAGE 1867, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTETREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
