NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 003687 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY OSTROSKY, PATRICIA OSTROSKY, JOHNS LANDING HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A MICHAEL JOFFRION IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of October, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, JOHNS LANDING PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 47, 48 AND 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
