NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-021511-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and RONALD SOWA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MARISA VARTULLO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD SOWA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MONICA I. SOWA, MONICA I. SOWA AS CO-TRUSTEE AND THEIR SUCCESSORS OF THE SOWA FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED, JUNE 29, 2006, WITH FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY TO PROTECT, CONSERVE, SELL, LEASE, OR ENCUMBER, OR OTHERWISE TO MANAGE AND DISPOSE OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY and RONALD SOWA AS CO-TRUSTEE AND THEIR SUCCESSORS OF THE SOWA FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED, JUNE 29, 2006, WITH FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY TO PROTECT, CONSERVE, SELL, LEASE, OR ENCUMBER, OR OTHERWISE TO MANAGE AND DISPOSE OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on Monday October 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, CHICKASAW OAKS-PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
