EVANS; THE ORANGE COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY; CITY OF ORLANDO; TENANT #1 N/K/A KERRY EVANS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/23/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
