Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 18, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2011-CA-001949, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and CURTIS W. HOENIE A/K/A CURT W. HOENIE; VERA J. HOENIE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; SOUTH GULF COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
