NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 19, 2012, and entered in CASE CO. 12-CA-051865, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, Espirito Santo Bank, a Florida Bank, is the Plaintiff, and Pelican Property Holdings, Inc. a Florida Corporation, Pelican Realty Group, Inc. a Florida Corporation, Richard Douglas Galvano and Business & Law Building Association, Inc., a Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on October 19, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, it wit:
Units 102 and 104 in Business & Law Building, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No. 2007000148152 and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Which has the address of: Units 102 and 104 at 27911 Crown Lake Boulevard, Bonita Springs, FL 34135
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
