NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on October 22, 2012, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 82, HEATHER RIDGE I OF BROOKSHIRE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2011, Page 824 and any amendments thereto in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
