DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and DEBORAH DEL PINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH DEL PINO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR IMPAC FUNDING CORPORATION DBA IMPAC LENDING GROUP; VILLAGE CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 715, BUILDING 2905, OF VILLAGE CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000192444, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
