NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of September, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-55871, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID PARRA; BROWTHER ROOFING & SHEET METAL OF FLORIDA, INC.; VENETIAN PALMS OF FT. MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANA PARRA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2205, BUILDING 22, VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000027321, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
