SWANSON A/K/A KIM RENE SWANSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; KIM RENE SWANSON AS TRUSTEE OF THE SANSON FAMILY LIVING TRUST, UTD, 6/8/04; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
