NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of September, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-069367, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OH3 MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OH3 is the Plaintiff and LAYNE COOK; BERNWOOD ENTERPRISES, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAYNE COOK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 612, SAN CARLOS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 557, PAGES 354 AND355 IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
