NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of September, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-055423, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-12 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and DIANE BEDNARCZYK; EDWIN HERNANDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE BEDNARCZYK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWIN HERNANDEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/K/A DEBBIE SOUNDS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
