NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 30, 2010, and entered in Case No. 36 2009 CA 051122 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein National City Bank, is the Plaintiff and Kathleen Anne Dechristopher, A/K/A Kathleen A. Dechristopher A/K/A Kathleen Dechristopher F/K/A Kathleen Jordan; JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, As Successor In Interest to Washington Mutual Bank; John Doe, (Refused Name); and Jane Doe, (Refused Name), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on October 19, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 43, 44 and 45, block 1, coral Point subdivision, unrecorded in section 29, township 44 south, range 24 east, as shown in o.r. book 150, at page 315-320, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
