Final Judgement was awarded on September 21, 2012 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-051597, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGELOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and, CHRISTIAN G. ESCOTO, MARIA DIAZ, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 24, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 25, BLOCK 98, UNIT 9, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
