NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 24, 2011, entered in Case No. 09-CA-067331 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee of Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC5 Asset-backed Pass-through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Pabel Gil; Alice Balestrazzi; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for New Century Mortgage Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lotS 46 and 47 block 68, san carlos park unit 7, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in deed book 315, pages 120 through 158 inclusive of the public records of lee county florida.
