NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 051595 of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida and the Order Rescheduling Sale, wherein PNC BANK, National Association, successor by merger to RBC BANK (USA), successor by merger to COMMUNITY BANK OF NAPLES, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CONCEPTS IN DESIGN, LLC; CONCEPTS IN DESIGN, INC.; BARBARA ZELLA; JENNIFER ZELLA a/k/a JENNIFER MENDENHALL; M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK; BONITA BUSINESS PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. are Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on October 18, 2012 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 6, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 204, of BONITA BUSINESS PARK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 3411, at pages 4684 through 4762, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
