COUNIHAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF EL RIO, INC.; are defendants. . C, OF EL RIO CONDOMINIUM, BUILDINGS A-F, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1078, PAGE 232 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
