Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on August 28, 2012, in Case No. 08-019585-CI-19 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which John R. DeSilva a/k/a John R. DaSilva, Unknown Spouse of John R. DeSilva a/k/a John R. DaSilva, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are defendants, on October 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale to be conducted via the Clerk's website for online foreclosure sales conducted at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
The following described portion of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Block Seventeen (17), of a subdivision of BELLEAIR ESTATES WEST OF INDIAN ROCKS ROAD, Belleair, Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Begin at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 27 for a Point of Beginning; thence South 60 deg. 11'53” West along said Lot's Northerly boundary 24 feet thence South 42 deg. 46'49” West 48.0 feet along said Northerly line; thence North 43 deg. 46'01” West 23.40 feet thence North 67 deg. 12'20” East 76.0 feet more or less to Point of Beginning.
And
Lot Twenty-seven (27) and Twenty-eight (28), Block Seventeen (17), BELLEAIR ESTATES, WEST OF INDIAN ROCKS ROAD, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 9, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Lots 6 and 7, Block 17, BELLEAIR ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 9-23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. LESS AND EXCEPT the following portion thereof: Begin at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 27, Block 17, of Belleair Estates for Point of Beginning; thence S 60° 11' 53” West along said Lot's Northerly boundary 24 feet; thence South 42° 46' 49” West 48.0 feet along said Northerly line; thence North 43° 46' 01” West 23.40 feet; thence North 67° 12' 20” East 76.0 feet, more or less, to Point of Beginning.
