NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-000870-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and AKSHAY PATEL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AKSHAY PATEL, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a JOHN CHIN, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a JANE DOE are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 30, 2012, beginning at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block C, LAKE PALMS SUBDIVISION SECTION THREE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 57, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
