Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
PARCEL 1:
The North 1/2 of Farm 18, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Plat of Pinellas Farms, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 4 and 5, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
LESS and Except the West 265.0 feet of the North 165 feet thereof;
AND LESS and Except the South 150.00 feet of the West 305.4 feet of the North 1/2 of said Farm 18, Pinellas County, Florida;
ALSO LESS and Except that portion for road right-of-way as described in Official Records Book 7480, Page 989, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as the North 15 feet of the following described property: Part of Farm 18, Pinellas Farms, described as from the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 run West 655.5 feet; thence South 15 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence continue South, 316 feet; thence West 335 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence West 40 feet; thence North 165 feet; thence East 375 feet to the Point of Beginning.

From a Point of Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 29, run North 00°15'35” West, 323.78 feet along the 40 acre line; thence South 89°51'19” East, 30.00 feet, along the North line of the South 1/2 of said Farm 18 and its extension; thence South 00°15'35” East, 64.62 feet; thence by a curve to the left, radius 400.00 feet, arc 244.65 feet; chord South 17°46'54” East, 240.86 feet to a point 30 feet North of and parallel to the South line of said Farm 18; thence South 89°51'14” East, 534.93 feet; thence North 00°01'00” East, 293.80 feet to the North line of the South 1/2 of said Farm 18; thence South 89°51'19” East, 15.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said South 1/2 of Farm 18; thence South 00°01'00” West, 323.80 feet to the Southeast corner of said Farm 18; thence along the South line of said Farm 18 and its Westerly extension North 89°51'14” West, 652.31 feet to the Point of Beginning; all lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.
LESS Stonebrook Crossing, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 9 and 10, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Less and Except all streets and all other areas shown by said plat to be dedicated to public use pursuant to Consent to Platting of Lands and Partial Release of Mortgage recorded September 11, 2008 in Official Records Book 16373, Page 1980, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on October 23, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
