NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2009-CA-015990, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and COLIN CASPERSEN A/K/A COLIN CASPERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COLIN CASPERSEN A/K/A COLIN CASPERSON IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of October, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
NORTHEAST 20 FEET OF LOT 4 & SOUTHWEST 40 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 5, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 10436 120th Terrace North, Largo, FL 33773.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
