NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2010, and entered in Case No. 522009CA002609XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE6, is Plaintiff and VICTOR VILLALOBOS, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22ND day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK A, SUNNY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
