NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-004218 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff and Shannon LaVerne DeLeary a/k/a Shannon L. DeLeary a/k/a Shannon L. Fugett are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, LESS THE SOUTH 11 FEET THEREOF, AND THE SOUTH 8.5 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK “D”, DENVER STREET REPLAT OF BAYOU GRANDE SECTION OF SHORE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 6 AND 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
