NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-012154 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association as Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, as Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Gary Wayne MacDonald a/k/a Gary W. MacDonald are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, CUMBERLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
