Lazzara a/k/a Cottie Lazzara are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 198, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 71-87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
