UNIT 403, BUILDING āDā, CORAL POINTE AT HARBOURSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 44 THROUGH 48, INC., AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7199, PAGE 1270, AS AMENDED PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
