THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 201 of CASA DEL SOL CADIZ, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF WHICH ARE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CASA DEL SOL CADIZ, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5633 PAGE 2053 THROUGH 2082, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71 PAGES 110 AND 111 BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
