YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for lien foreclosure of real property on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 602 and undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of 610 ISLAND WAY, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 6554, Pages 1974 through 2008, inclusive, and any other amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 96, Pages 117 through 121, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Elizabeth R. Mannion, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1150 Cleveland Street, Suite 300, Clearwater, Florida 33755 on or before October 29, 2012, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
