NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA022130XXCICI / 09022130CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT AGUIRRE; ESTER AQUIRRE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of October, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, LAKESIDE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 75 AND 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
