UNIT O 203, MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5083, PAGES 1431 THROUGH 1505, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 29 THROUGH 33, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 3010 North Military Trail, Suite 300, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 on or before October 29, 2012/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
