YOU ARE NOTIFIED that pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure, dated September 12, 2012 and entered in case number 2012-CA-002879 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein GOTZL LTD PARTNERSHIP are the Plaintiff's and LAND SERVICE TRUST CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation, as Trustee of the Trust No. 310A dated January 21, 2008 by Warranty Deed; LAURENCE DREWS, individually; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURENCE DREWS; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and PINELLAS COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on the 29th day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 60 feet of Lot 7 and 8, Block 9 West Central Ave., Sub., according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 35 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
