Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 23, 2012, that certain real property situated in the County of Manatee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Apartment A-25, Building “A”, The Fourth Bayshore Condominium, Section 22, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 551, Page 739 through 753, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 9 and 10, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Parcel No. 61367.0248/4.
