FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P is the Plaintiff and CHARLES ALLEN WAHL; NADINE MARIE WAHL; LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMIE MOSCH, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SAMANTHA WAHL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
