NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 009196, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Manatee County's Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforelcose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 7 OF MARBELLA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1642, PAGE 7321 (CONDOMINIUM BOOK 29, PAGE 179), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA: TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES OF SUCH VILLA ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
