NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-005256 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LMT 2006-6 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and , LARRY F. HUNTERand UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARRY F. HUNTER NKA MARIA HUNTER are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT BY MEASURING FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 7, EAST 456.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 1032.33 FEET TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 125 FEET THENCE EAST 158 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 125 FEET ;THENCE WEST 158 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH A CERTAIN 20 FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE EAST 20 FEET OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED REALPROPERTY.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
