Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 4184, River Club South, Subphase IV, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 85, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of October, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
