NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 005550, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BAFC 2006-7. is the Plaintiff and ANTOINE JEAN BAPTISTE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; FRANCILIA SYLVAIN; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MAGUIE SYLVAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, ORANGE RIDGECREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
