NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 06, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 41-2009-CA-013027 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and DALE DESEAR; KAREN DESEAR; TENANT #1 N/K/A AAUSTIN TRUMBULL; TENANT #2 N/K/A ZAC TRUMBULL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/23/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
