MCNALLY, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 29, Cleo Villas Addition, Unit No. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 79, of the Public Records of Manatee, County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of November, 2012 Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
