NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, Richard B. Shore, III, Clerk of Court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 16, of GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE CC A/K/A GREENBROOK CHASE, a Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 67-72, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 18, 2012.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
