NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-010193 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS,INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-23 is the Plaintiff and GUIDO LEMOINE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; TENANT #1 N/K/A MAURYN LEMOINE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A LUIS ENRIQUE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
