NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1002825CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at the first floor of the Courthouse Annex at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 10, BLOCK B, AUDUBON COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 21 THROUGH 26, OFTHE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
