Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2012 entered in Case No. 12-CA-671 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on the 17 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 128, MADISON PARK PHASE TWO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page(s) 68 through 75, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
