NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0910951CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL A. CUSCHIERI, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, BUILDING 1, PHASE 2 OF BERMUDA COVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2222, PAGE 209 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
