NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1003409CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff, and GLENN R. NICHOLS A/K/A GLENDALE R. NICHOLS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 42, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 77, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
