NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 13, 2012 ,and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003519 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE. A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK. N.A.. FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and RAMON GARCIA, MARGARITA GARCIA a/k/a MARGARITA MADRIGAL GARCIA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a MIGUEL GARCIA, SR., UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a JUANA GARCIA, MIGUEL GARCIA, ASSET ACCEPTANCE LLC, CITIFINANCIAL AUTO LTD, AQUA FINANCE INC., CAVALIER CORPORATION, WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING, LLC, ASHLEY N. BETANCOURT as the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 15, 2012, beginning at 11:00 AM, at FIRST FLOOR, ATRIUM AREA OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRIAL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
The East 75 feet of the East 150 feet of Tract 19, of GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 69, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 65, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
