notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2012, entered in Case No. 11-CA-3718 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein JUDITH DUNCAN ABEL is Plaintiff, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the 1st Floor Lobby, Atrium Area of the
Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on October 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. E-908 of The Monaco Beach Club, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 972, Page 818, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
